PAYMENT. Payment is due at time of the booking in order to confirm your reservation and hold the date.
RUSH ORDERS. Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed

Order will be refunded if we are unable to complete order
INCLEMENT WEATHER. We will not be able to deliver your Coastal Yard Cards greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and/or take down. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting, a refund will be honored.
As the renter:

In the event of a damaged or stolen sign, the renter is the responsible party for the replacement of the item stolen or damaged. You will be invoiced for the damaged/stolen item.

Please do not attach anything to the signs including string, streamers, or balloons.

Please do not use adhesive on our display. Any form of tape or adhesive will ruin the signs.

Please do not use lawn trimmers and/or allow mowing debris to be blown on the lawn signs. Grass stains the signs. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come before or after the event.

Please water your lawn within 12-24 hours before we stake the yard. We cannot install signs in rock yards or artificial grass.

For the safety of everyone, please do not allow anyone (including animals) to play on or around the yard cards. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a child or adult sitting, leaning or playing on them.

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. Please do not forget to tag @coastalyardcardsva. However, do not pull the signs from the ground. This could damage the signs and/or the stakes.

Please do not damage, remove, or throw our signs in the trash or the garage. If you are unhappy with the card/greeting, please contact Coastal Yard Cards at 757-237-3936 and we will remove the card promptly.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, a 48 hour notice is required for a full refund. if you contact within the 48 hour window, you will receive a 50% refund or have the option to reschedule for a different date.

By agreeing to have Coastal Yard Cards participate in your event, you agree that Coastal Yard Cards is not responsible for any injury or damages that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.
